How to watch the Tour Down Under 2025 races
The 2025 season is ready to go with the flag drop soon coming on both the women and men’s Tour Down Under races. The latest edition of the women’s race takes place from 17th-19th January with the men following from 21st-26th January.
Last year, Sarah Gigante won the women’s race with a powerful display on Willunga Hill and Stevie Williams secured the biggest GC win of his career in the men’s. Gigante won’t be defending her title but Williams returns in the hopes of another strong start to the season.
How to watch and live stream the Tour Down Under 2025

The Women’s and Men’s Tour Down Under will be available to watch in the UK on Eurosport and Discovery+. Discovery+ costs £6.99 for the more basic package, which includes cycling and all the other Eurosport programmes.
In Australia you can catch the action on 7plus and 7mate (or in person, of course). In New Zealand it’s being shown on Sky.
Elsewhere coverage will be on SuperSport in Africa; NBC in the United States; FloBikes in the US and Canada; Eurosport, J Sports (Japan) and Zhibo (China) in Asia Pacific and Oceania; Eurosport, L’Équipe (France), TV2 (Denmark) and rtve (Spain) in Europe; ESPN in Latin America; and Abu Dhabi Sport TV in the Middle East.
If it’s not being shown in the country you’re in you may be able to watch coverage using a VPN – Virtual Private Network – which allows users to mask their IP address and watch geo-blocked content from places where the race is being broadcast. One such example is ExpressVPN, which is well reviewed, helps users to find free to watch cycling, and costs start from around £5 per month.
